Jess grew up in Kansas City, Kansas, where she developed a passion for helping people and creating meaningful experiences for those around her. Throughout her career, she has been drawn to roles that combine organization, communication, and service, building a strong foundation centered on making life easier for others.

Her professional journey began at Advent Health, where she gained experience across several areas of healthcare operations. Starting at the front desk of an urgent care clinic, she later moved into corporate care support, billing, and referral services, giving her a well-rounded understanding of both patient care and behind-the-scenes operations. She then joined The University of Kansas Health System, where she spent more than six years serving as an Administrative Assistant supporting leadership and managing the many moving pieces that keep a busy organization running smoothly.

Today at Legacy, Jess brings that same people-first mindset and attention to detail to every interaction. She enjoys creating welcoming experiences, staying organized, and helping both clients and team members feel supported from the moment they walk through the door.

Outside of work, Jess enjoys spending time with her partner Amanda and their two children. She loves being outdoors and can often be found hiking, exploring nature, or tending to the garden she and Amanda started this year. Whether at home or at work, Jess enjoys building connections, creating balance, and finding joy in the everyday moments.
