Hailing from the small town of Hays, Kansas, Bethany credits her strong work ethic to her Midwestern roots. From an early age, she learned the value of rolling up her sleeves and getting things done—a mindset that has carried her through a career spanning theatre management, medical billing, and technology.

Her journey into the financial world began with four years working closely with advisors before making the bold leap to help launch an independent firm. As Director of Operations, she became the glue that held everything together for five years—overseeing operations, training employees, and ensuring that both clients and the team had everything they needed to thrive.

At Legacy, Bethany is the behind-the-scenes powerhouse, keeping daily operations running smoothly and making sure no detail is overlooked. She also serves as a second notary.

When she’s not keeping things in order at work, Bethany is managing the joyful chaos of raising her two daughters. Despite the nonstop activity at home, she still finds time for her passions, which include weightlifting, watching movies, and finding ways to make life (and work) more efficient.
