Bethany grew up in the small town of Hays, Kansas, where she developed the strong work ethic and practical mindset that still define her today. From an early age, she learned the value of rolling up her sleeves and getting things done, a philosophy that has guided a career spanning theatre management, medical billing, technology, and financial services.

Her path into the financial industry began with several years working closely alongside advisors, gaining firsthand insight into the operational backbone of a successful firm. She later took a pivotal role in launching an independent firm, where she served as Director of Operations for five years. In that role, she oversaw day-to-day operations, built and trained teams, and created the systems and structure that allowed both clients and staff to succeed.

Today at Legacy, Bethany is the operational engine behind the organization. She ensures everything runs smoothly, manages the details that keep the firm moving forward, and supports both clients and colleagues with precision and care. She also serves as a commissioned notary.

Outside of work, Bethany is the proud mother of two daughters and expertly manages the joyful chaos of family life. When she finds a spare moment, she enjoys weightlifting, watching movies, and continually finding smarter, more efficient ways to do just about everything.
