Legacy Welcomes Jeff Hrabe to the Team
The new year has brought new talent to Legacy Financial Strategies. We are pleased to announce that Jeff Hrabe, CMFC®, has joined Legacy as a financial advisor. Jeff has over 15 years of investment industry experience working with firms such as Waddell & Reed/Ivy Funds, and Cavanal Hill Investment Management. Most recently, Jeff was a business development officer with Cavanal Hill. He guided financial advisors in their investment-grade, fixed income allocations and provided valuable insight into the energy sector.
I’m very much looking forward to helping clients directly in this new role and offering my experience to those seeking our guidance. Legacy’s approach is one that I’ve admired for years and I’m proud to be a part of the growth story at such a well-respected firm, Hrabe said.
Jeff will work closely with Legacy’s advisory team and act as an additional layer of support and a resource for clients. CEO Mike Wren worked with Jeff for several years through the Greater Kansas City Chapter of the Financial Planning Association and recognized his skillset as one that would be invaluable to his team.
“His investment background and empathetic nature translate to a huge value-add for clients. I am thrilled to add yet another high-caliber teammate in Jeff. He’s a rare find in our industry,” Wren said.
Jeff and his wife Jill live in Overland Park and have four children. He grew up in rural Western Kansas and still enjoys spending time in the country. Jeff is an avid golfer, a novice hunter, and a full-time husband/father. His volunteer activities have included mentoring as a “Big” for Big Brothers/Big Sisters and serving on the board of both the Financial Planning Association of Greater Kansas City and his neighborhood Homeowners Association.
